"Good consultation, felt listened to"
The consultation was really easy to follow, and the doctor took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciated that everything was explained in plain words instead of using a bunch of medical jargon.
Booking was simple, and I got the confirmation and receipt by email, which made it easy to keep track of everything. Overall, I felt listened to and I’d definitely use them again.

"Ordering the first time was really straightforward..."
Ordering the first time was really straightforward, and getting refills has been just as easy. The site is simple to use, and I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of annoying back and forth. I’m careful about what I spend, so I appreciate that the process feels convenient without making me feel like I’m overpaying.

"For some reason, it felt overpriced"
I don’t know, for some reason I expected a lot more for the price. It ended up feeling expensive for what I actually got, and the results just didn’t really live up to what I paid.

"Private and surprisingly easy"
I was a little nervous about using an online medical service at first, because who wouldn’t be?? But Nu Image made the whole thing feel really private and low pressure. Nothing was awkward, and I never felt like someone was trying to push me into anything.
The messages were discreet, and the packaging didn’t give anything away, which I really appreciated. Like, why can’t everything be this simple?? Overall, it felt easy, quiet, and respectful from start to finish.

"Straightforward billing and a quick refund"
Everything was simple and easy to understand. The billing was clear from the start, and when I needed a refund, it came through fast with no surprises. that’s how it should be
